Booking timeline

Within 24h: Concierge acknowledges, shares availability, and suggests the right artist pairing.
Within 48h: You receive a tailored proposal + quote with optional add-ons (second look, entourage, travel).
72h hold: We reserve your date for three days while you confirm with family/fiancé.
Deposit: 50% retainer secures the team; balance is due one week before the event.

Logistics & FAQs

How do I reschedule a trial?

Message the concierge at least 48 hours ahead and we’ll move the slot with no penalty. Same-day changes incur a $80 studio fee.

Can you travel for overseas weddings?

Yes. Travel, accommodation, and per-diem are billed at cost. We prepare a mobile kit list and handle carnet paperwork if needed.

What if I only need hair or only makeup?

Split services are available for ROMs or brunch events. Let us know in the enquiry form and we’ll customise the quote.

Do you accommodate mums or entourage?

Absolutely—we assign additional artists once the headcount exceeds three looks so everyone is camera-ready on time.
